As the demand for incandescent lights decreased, the demand for LED lights increased. As a result, pool manufactures had to design brand new LED light fixtures that pool owners could use to replace their entire light. That is the case with the Hayward ColorLogic, Pentair IntelliBrite, and Jandy WaterColors. Although all three lights are great LED lights in their own right, they still provide one problem for pool owners- replacing the bulb.
Each light has an integrated LED board that is responsible for emitting light. Unlike traditional lights, once the light goes out, pool owners are forced to replace the entire light fixture.
